Latest Updates from Our Project:

THANKS TO YOU, WE'VE REACHED OUR INITIAL GOAL... NOW LET'S STRETCH!
about 2 years ago – Fri, Mar 25, 2022 at 12:56:44 PM

Thank you to all our backers and fans! We’re so happy to begin this journey with you and tell the tale of Shockheaded Peter. And believe us, there is a LOT to tell. The mythology runs deep with these characters and while we start the book in the small town of Winding Springs, this story unfolds like a long lost J.R.R. Tolkien map with details oozing off the page.

Having reached our initial funding goal, now the real ride begins.

We want to reveal a few of the stretch goals we have planned as a way of saying “thank you” to the fans. Each time we unlock a stretch goal by meeting a certain goal, new features will be added to various tiers or release a shared reward for all.

Stretch Goal #1 ($6500) - THE MARGINS and MONSTER MATADOR

Digital pdf’s will be added to any tier that has a copy of Shockheaded Peter #1 (either digital or physical). These tiers will receive the stunning graphic novel THE MARGINS (130 pages) as well as the fiery and exciting double issue comic MONSTER MATADOR-Tango of the Matadors. That’s 170 pages of additional story content!!!

THE MARGINS

Co-written by David Accampo (Lost Angels, DC’s New Talent Showcase 2017) and Paul Montgomery (Wormwood: A Serialized Mystery, Panels.net) and illustrated by artist Amanda Donahue, The Margins examines the dual nature of an artist's creative process in providing a healthy outlet for self-expression, as well as an unhealthy mechanism for avoidance and isolation.  At its core, The Margins serves as an allegory for the growing trend of gatekeeping and its devastating ramifications. Printed copies of the graphic novel may be purchased from award-winning publisher Fanbase Press here.  Readers can also find The Margins on Facebook and Twitter (@TheMarginsComics), as well as Fanbase Press (@Fanbase_Press).

MONSTER MATADOR – TANGO OF THE MATADORS

Written by Steven Prince with Art by Ringo Award nominee Fabio Alves and Color by Alex Zief. Born from our love of Mad-Max, Kaiju and Santo and... telenovelas?! The Monster Matador is an action-packed mash-up of all those things, with more than a few laughs to spare. Just don't laugh at the Matador. Set in a near future where monsters appeared suddenly and without warning, bringing death and destruction, Ramon Alejandro Estévez-Guerrero roams the earth fighting these monsters in memory of his late wife and to make a better world for his daughter – he is the MONSTER MATADOR!

Stretch Goal #2 (150 backers) Golden Tick-Tock Cavalcade Ticket

Limited Gold Foil Ticket randomly inserted into packages

Once we reach 150 backers we will make 50 copies of our collectible Tick Tock Cavalcade Ticket with gold foil printing that will be randomly inserted into packages for any backer of a physical tier. This will be in addition to your serial numbered, original Tick Tock Cavalcade Ticket. Good Luck!
